Our Southampton CAMHS team is proud to host an award winning teaching team. Providing a tailored teaching programme on child and adolescent mental health to the next generation of Doctors.
This role will ensure medical students on placement in Southampton CAMHS are provided with a high quality learning experience that is well managed, valued and inspiring to the next generation of Doctors.
As part of our team you will have a strong role working in partnership with multiple stakeholders to ensure the quality and availability of clinical opportunities. You will take a lead in quality assurance of the student’s experience and working with local teams to help them maximise their learning environments. You will take responsibility for the evolution of teaching and ensuring feedback is incorporated into curriculum delivery.
As a psychiatry education facilitator, you will have a passion for understanding how people learn and will be leading the team in developing teaching methods and delivery that are engaging and accessible.
