NTT is an exceptional talking therapies service with excellent development opportunities. We are committed to the progression of our team members and our posts are formulated to allow for development of clinical expertise in chosen clinical areas. As well as offering a range of therapies, the service also runs as a training centre, therefore offering opportunities for supervision and training.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified high intensity therapist or experienced PWP who has a strong background in delivering PWP interventions. Applicant should come with experience of delivering clinical supervision and case management to PWPs and should be committed to supporting the professional development of PWPs.
Main duties of the job
The post holder will be part of an Improving Access to Psychological Therapies (IAPT) service and will deliver assessments and evidence based Guided Self Help and/ or High Intensity cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) interventions to adult clients with a range of anxiety and depression related problems, both on an individual and group basis.
We have recently re-designed our service to further integrate our high and low intensity teams, to support the professional development of the PWP team, and to enhance the operational management in order to develop the service and efficiently meet monthly targets.
Our mission is to make a positive difference to people's lives by improving the quality of life for all we serve. Our values are: We Care, We Respect, We are Inclusive - so we are looking for people who live and breathe these qualities when supporting service users and carers, and in their relationships with colleagues in the Trust and our partner organisations
Job description Job responsibilities
