Main duties of the job
Alongside our Trust induction, you will receive up to 20 hours paid supernumerary shadowing shifts working with the Mental Health Liaison team to welcome you to the Trust. We are also currently developing group supervision for our bank RMNs to support them with their unique, challenging, but satisfying, role.
As a Bank Mental Health Nurse, you will increase your skill set by working with multidisciplinary teams to deliver all aspects of patient care. Your main duties will include:
Taking personal responsibility and accountability for ensuring that Trust and local policies and procedures are known and followed and ensuring duties are carried out in accordance with the advisory guidelines andpractice set out in the NMC code.
Successful applicants for this role will:
Hold RMN Registration with current NMC licence to practice.

- We have competitive rates available for shifts Trust-wide
- 19.86* per hour - Week Days
- �25.82* per hour - Nights and Saturdays
- �31.78* per hour - Sundays and Bank Holidays
*All rates are inclusive of annual leave allowance
- We also offer paid orientation and induction (up to 4 days on site induction (social distancing observed) and e-learning accessible from home).

- Have relevant experience within the last 18-24 month. Newly qualified staff require 15 months post qualification experience - 3 months Preceptorship and 12 months appropriate experience.
- Have a drive to work hard, enthusiasm and the ability to commit to a four day induction programme if successful.
- Have Right to Work in the UK (with relevant Adaptation/ONP if applicable).
