We are looking for an enthusiastic and adaptable Senior Sexual Health Nurse to join our caring and progressive team in Margate.
We're a close team but we're never exclusive, if you can bring a professional approach and fresh ideas we would love to hear from you.
Main duties of the job
Our team delivers high-quality evidence-based care to people to support their sexual health needs.
You'll be part of an enthusiastic and passionate team dedicated to keeping people in Kent and Medway safe and well, now and in later life, by providing contraception, treatment for sexually-transmitted infections, and advice and support to maintain healthy relationships.
You'll provide sound clinical judgement and leadership to support our team to safely deliver patient-centred care, and consistently monitor quality and progress in a challenging but rewarding environment.

- Practical experience in managing health related projects/ complex caseloads Supporting others (mentor / educator / supervisor) experience Minimum of 18 months experience in working within a sexual health service or infectious disease service or acute medical experience or other relevant discipline. Understand and experience of the principles of partner notification for bacterial sexually transmitted infections. Asymptomatic STI screening, testing and management of symptomatic male and female patients
