If you know where you want to work – we can arrange an informal chat and subsequent interview in your preferred area

If you are not yet certain where you would like to work – we can arrange to talk with you to discuss your options, talk about career pathways and the opportunities we have available.

We offer roles across our mental health services, both inpatient and community settings as well as having a bespoke rotational programme whereby you can experience 3 different areas in your first 2 years as a nurse whilst having the benefit of a permanent contract.

LPFT offers an excellent preceptorship programme which will be delivered in your first 12 months as a newly registered nurse and offers you both peer support as well as personal and professional development.

Interviews will be arranged individually and are likely to be held virtually over Microsoft Teams.
