A new and exciting opportunity has arisen to impact the quality of care throughout the organisation.
Recognising the impact that inactivity can have on a patient's outcome we are looking for an experienced and passionate individual to lead on a programme of work to reduce the impact of deconditioning during hospital admissions. Being a new role, you will have the opportunity to directly influence the development and impact of the position.
This is an important rolethat would suit an experienced Physiotherapist or Occupational Therapist looking for a new challenge and provides a unique opportunity to embed the principles and importance of rehabilitation and reablement throughout the organisation.
You will work closely with all divisions and have links to the corporate nursing team whilst ensuring learning and improvements are shared throughout the wider system and region.
