An opportunity has arisen for a School Nurse holding the SCPHN - School Nursing qualification to join our innovative team.Main duties of the job
Sandwell Band 6 SCPHN nurses work across the 6 towns in Sandwell delivering child focused universal public health services, supporting children and young people when they need it most.
Applicants must hold a Specialist Community Public Health Nurse/ School Nursing qualification.
Applicants must be car drivers and have daily use of a car as travel within the community is essential to the role.About us

- Registered Nurse (RN, RN/dipHE, Child Branch)Degree or equivalent
- Specialist Public Health Degree (School Nursing).
- Level 3 Child Protection Training
- Recent experience of Community Public Health Nursing.
- Experience of multi-agency working
- Health needs assessment and analysis skills.
- Active caseload management.
- Safeguarding Children
