Summersview is a 10 bed mental health rehabilitation unit. The team specialises in supporting people with enduring psychosis through their recovery journey, helping them to reach their optimum & their goals.

You will be able to demonstrate excellent assessment and risk management plans, be able to demonstrate your ability to work as a team player, promote the rights of individuals to receive care that addresses their need in the community. Therefore, good communication skills are essential to the role, the role demands the ability to problem solve and find creative means of addressing individual's needs. The unit will offer a full induction package with a supernumerary period. Training and competencies within the specialities and on-going support and professional development will be tailored to meet your individual needs individual CPD advice is available from our Practice Education Team. The CPD offer includes the option to rotate within the Trust to widen your breadth of experience, skills and knowledge.
On joining the Trust you will have access to our Preceptorship Programme to enable a smooth transition into your new role.
