We would like to hear from qualified ODP practitioners and Registered Nurses to be a part of our dynamic Ophthalmic theatre team at our high performing trust. We pride ourselves on excellence and aim to set the national standard for excellence in patient safety, quality and continuous improvement.

Main duties of the job

Following a period of appropriate training, our ODP's and Registered Nurses will provide assistance as a member of the Theatre team. As effective role models, our ODP's and Registered Nurses will develop their skills and abilities to supervise and plan evidence based interventional care for patients, moving from close supervision to proximal supervision, within multiple Ophthalmic surgical specialities.
