Following a period of appropriate training, our ODP's and Registered Nurses will provide assistance as a member of the Theatre team. As effective role models, our ODP's and Registered Nurses will develop their skills and abilities to supervise and plan evidence based interventional care for patients, moving from close supervision to proximal supervision, within multiple Ophthalmic surgical specialities.About usLeadership and Improvement Training
