The Clinical Nurse Specialist (CNS)/ Allied Health Professional (AHP) willlead, develop, and autonomously deliver acute pain management servicewithin the trust, aiming to improve patient outcomes and experience.

Main duties of the job

Provide expert professional acute pain management advice to colleagues,patients, and carers.

Develop and maintain working relationship with the Acute Pain Clinical Lead consultant and senior colleagues, interacting on a regular basis with multidisciplinary teams.

Independent prescribing qualification and Physical assessment qualification essential for the role.
