The successful candidate will demonstrate high standards of practice with excellent communication, clinical and decision making skills.. You will need to demonstrate the ability to translate the trust's vision of high quality care and excellent patient experience into action. Requirements & Responsibilities:
- HCPC registered Operating Department Practitioner (ODP) or NMC registered Nurse.
- Advanced anaesthetic skills essential.
- Evidence of Band 5 Development.
- Mentorship qualification/certificate.
- Scrub experience would be beneficial but not essential.
- Be motivated and enthusiastic about your own professional development and keen to enhance skills and competencies within the team.
