We have recently expanded our cardiac services with and are looking for a dedicated cardiology nurse who may be looking to gain experience working in Cardiac Rehabilitation
We are looking for a registered nurse who is motivated to help shape the care we deliver.
Working closely with the wider Cardiac Rehab team, you will support and develop the Cardiac Rehabilitation service / team and ensure that optimum treatment and recovery pathways are in place for all our cardiac patients.
Main duties of the job
The successful candidate will support the Clinical Nurse Specialist in developing existing services.
Using your knowledge and skills you will be support the team to provide rehabilitation and clinical input to all patients referred to the service.
Experience and achievement in nursing cardiac patients is required role, as is an understanding of therapies treatment and Health promotion.
Adherence to national guidance is paramount and you will support in ensuring processes are in place to evidence effective monitoring of outcomes.
You will have a keen interest in education, research, training and development.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.
