Main duties of the job

So we are now investing in our Estates team in both strategic project management and in the day to day management of our maintenance and buildings. Job responsibilities

To support the relevant Estates Manager by managing, developing and co-ordinating the activities and assets comprising the systems and other delegated plant consistent with statutory regulation, safe working practices and Client, Corporate and Estates policy and procedures.

Person Specification



  • BTEC HNC/D in an Mechanical Engineering discipline or equivalent
  • Engineering Qualifications


  • Leadership & Management Qualification
  • H& S Risk Management
  • Registration with the Engineering Council - EC UK Registered
  • AP & CP Qualifications



  • Working within a Health Care environment
  • Building Services systems
  • Mechanical Systems
  • Technical report writing/Autocad


  • Auditing
  • Budgetary Awareness
  • Working within a Health Care environment
  • H& S/risk assessment experience
