Are you a Senior Registered Nurse, Midwife or AHP, looking to expand and develop your leadership skills?

We are looking for someone with experience of developing and delivering key workforce initiatives use their effective communication skills to engage and collaborate with the NMAHP workforce. You will be authentic in your intent to model the Trust values and vision, demonstrating your leadership experience and ability to support the NMAHP workforce.
The post holder will lead the transformation and innovation agenda for NMAHP workforce and be the driving force for improving NMAHP recruitment and retention.

- Preparing and presenting accurate and complex information to aid decision making this may be in a variety of formats using excellent verbal, written and data analysis skills.
