An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Band 6 Senior Operational Services Manager within the Imaging Directorate. The Directorate comprises of CT, MRI, Ultrasound, Radiology, Interventional Radiology, Breast and Nuclear Medicine and PET-CT services.

The Directorate Management Team are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and motivated individual. You will work closely with the Deputy Directorate Manager ad the Imaging Senior Management Team. The post holder will ensure optimum and on-going performance in line with corporate objectives, NHS targets and best practice.

We are looking to recruit an outstanding Senior Operational Service Manager for the Imaging Directorate who puts our patients first, interacts well with the team, wants to develop professionally and has great problem solving skills.

As the Senior Operational Service Manager you will play a crucial role within the Directorate to ensure efficient and effective operational and performancemanagement.

You will support the team in ensuring that national and local targets are delivered. We are looking for someone that is able to demonstrate excellent inter-personal and communication skills, with the ability to forge and maintain relationships.

The ability to manage a busy workload, prioritise and quickly find solutions as they arise is essential to this role.
