Band 8a Recovery and Co-production lead 12 months secondment / fixed term
An exciting opportunity has risen for a dynamic and forward thinking professionally registered health care professional to leadour Recovery and Co-Production strategy along theSecure Care Pathway.
The post holder will work alongside stakeholders and directly support secure care ensure Recovery and Co-Production is central to service planning, and delivery . As the post develops their may be operational responsibilities for staff.
You must be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills and be able to share and promote a culture of co-production across all aspects of the secure care pathway. Your experience should include working with service users and their families within the secure pathway, leading and enabling change in culture . Experience of project work and subsequent evaluation will be advantageous
Main duties of the job
As Secure Care works within the Provider Collaborative REACH-OUT, you will lead and support the development and evaluation of co-production strategies that supports the on going evaluation and reconfiguration of services to ensure that service delivery remains Recovery focused and co-produced meaningfully with those that use our services.
You need to demonstrate resilience and an ability to challenge poor practice and work with service leads and the senior management team to support the equality agenda within secure care.
This post will be managed by the Occupational Therapy Consultant in Secure Care. This post has been awarded funding for a second year following a 12month PILOT within our community services.
