EPR Systems Manager, Band 8c Inner London HCAs

Main duties of the job
The Clinical Systems team is responsible for supporting the Trust's core digital solutions, ensuring they are well maintained, available and suitable for use. The team support multiple solutions on enterprise architectures, providing support for the 5 hospitals of Barts Health.
The EPR Systems Manager will provide managerial and strategic direction and lead a portfolio of core digital solutions across Barts Health. They will perform line management responsibilities to additional technical and administrative staff and promote a collaborative approach to delivery in the workplace.

- Educated to degree level in a technical or computer science related subject or equivalent, substantial work experience
- Service / project management qualification e.g. ITIL, MSCE, MSC or equivalent MSP, PRINCE2 or similar
- Substantial management training or management qualification (e.g. ILM) or equivalent experience

- Postgraduate qualification such as an MSc, MBA or other appropriate business, engineering or scientific qualification

- Significant management experience working in a large, complex organisation providing strategic and technical solution expertise
- Significant experience of solution/enterprise solutions within large scale projects and programmes within an organisation that uses a structured design methodology
