We're looking for HR professional to join us and lead our people business partnering team. As a senior, high profile and influential role, you will play an integral part in the facilitation and delivery of excellent standards of healthcare services via the provision of an inclusive People function with the aim of contributing to the delivery of excellent patient services and experiences.

Job responsibilities
Working in partnership with our divisional staff, you will provide professional customer focused People advice and guidance. Lead in the development of the workforce plans that underpin the trust operational plan which support local, organisational and national strategies. Support the development, implementation and embedding of People strategy, policy and practice in accordance with legislation and best practice, working in conjunction with staff side/trade union partners. Provide coaching and solutions that support the business in the identification and management of workforce issues and change programmes.
