We are looking for a Head of Patient Experience and Involvement to lead the patient experience and involvement function for Barnet hospital business unit, including the formal complaints and the patient advice and liaison (PALS) services. The successful candidate will be expected to lead the on-going delivery of the trust's strategic aims relating to patient and carer experience and involvement at Barnet hospital and associated services.

The post holder will serve as a subject matter expert for patient and carer experience and involvement and formal and informal complaints resolution, to ensure that the trust is continually improving the experience of those who use our services, their carers and families. The post holder will build strong relationships with key stakeholders, and facilitate opportunities for involvement across the hospital.
The successful candidate is required to be able to demonstrate the trust values and the responsibilities of the job description and person specification. In particular you should have proven experience of working to understand complex stakeholder needs quickly and responding effectively, significant experience of collecting, reporting and monitoring patient and carer feedback, and excellent interpersonal skills.
