Qualifications/Training.

- Registered General Nurse
- Evidence of post registration qualification in relevant field or equivalent professional experience working within continence services
- Demonstrate evidence-based practice and up-to-date clinical skills
Desirable
- Nurse prescribing qualification or willingness to undertake
- Relevant teaching/mentorship qualification or commitment to undertake
- Post-registration nursing experience, including community experience
Areas of Experience and Knowledge
Essential
- Evidence of and commitment to multi-professional working
- Understanding of the interface between primary and secondary care
- Demonstrate an understanding of clinical governance and application to clinical practice
- Demonstrate an understanding of national government initiatives in health care
