LSCFT are looking to recruit a full time Service Manager for the Bay Community Adult Mental Health Service line.
The successful candidate would be expected to cover the Bay Locality with the option of being based in Lancaster, Kendal or Barrow in Furness. The Bay is a great place to work and has an embedded supportive team approach to delivering mental health services to the population.
Main duties of the job
The post holder will be responsible for the operational management of Adult Mental Health Services within the Bay with the main focus being CMHTs across the locality. They will ensure that service lines deliver patient pathways that meet all quality and operational performance targetsand that these are monitored and tracked. The post holder will lead, develop and manage teams within their portfolio to ensure that the services provide high quality care to service users. They will be required to lead on change across the Bay
The post holder will work closely with a wide range of internal colleagues as well as external stakeholders.
