To work as a member of the community nursing team as a District Nursing Newport

Main duties of the job
An opportunity has arisen for a Registered Nurse to join the Central East District Nursing Team in Newport
Applications are invited from nurses who are interested in developing their career within the Primary and Community Services Division. Great opportunities are available to the suitable candidates who demonstrate a real passion for wanting to provide expert nursing care to patients within their own homes.
Experience of working within the community is desirable but not essential as training will be given to develop appropriate skills. The ideal candidate must be a confident practitioner who is able to work autonomously and can make appropriate decisions and judgements in the patients own home.
This is an exciting time for community services and we are seeking the right candidate to assist us in ensuring we fulfil the care closer to home agenda.
