A full time (1.0WTE) vacancy has opened to join our Radiology (X-Ray) team at WHTH.
Main duties will include managing the administrative processes for handling and appointing imaging referrals for all interventional procedures in CT/US & Fluoroscopy.Main duties of the job
The post holder will assist in the delivery of the diagnostic elements of optimal patient pathways, ensuring diagnostic standards are adhered to and escalating when services are at risk of breaching established KPIs and turn-around-time standards.
The post holder will provide a comprehensive and high-quality administrative function within the radiology team and assist the service leads in the management of the radiology examination bookings. The primary role of which is focus on the interventional procedures for CT, U/S and fluoroscopy across all WHTH sites. The secondary focus will be other non-interventional examination booking management.About us

Undertaking administrative duties associated with the management of referrals, scheduling of appointments including overseeing specific clinic schedules and ensuring reports are generated and conveyed to the appropriate clinical teams.
