DISCHARGE LOUNGE - WORCESTERSHIRE ROYAL HOSPITAL
STAFF NURSE - BAND 5
Permanent
Full Time 37.5 hrs per week
8.00 am to 8.00 pm over 7 day period to include weekends.
We are looking for a motivated nurse, forward thinking and compassionate nurse to work within our nursing team to deliver our quality care agenda to the highest standard.
The primary function of the Discharge Lounge is to provide timely availability of beds enabling patient flow and safe discharges from hospital to home, improving patient flow across the Trust.
You must be a Registered General Nurse, experience in medical nursing is an advantage. The post would be suitable for qualified and newly qualified nurses. You will pride yourself on delivering high standards of nursing care, be flexible and have the ability to work in a busy environment caring for patients with haematological diseases.
In return you will receive development and training, also the support of a committed team of general and specialist nurses.
We require enthusiastic individuals who can work flexibly within the team over 7 day periods. Hours of work are from 8.00 am to 8.00 pm to include weekends over a 7-day period.
