This is an exciting opportunity to join a forward thinking team dedicated to improving outcomes for their patients. St David's Hospital specialises in rehabilitation and complex care for the older patient. You will be part of an efficient and effective Multi-disciplinary team which has a strong rehabilitation and 'Home first' ethos. We have vacancies across 3 wards, Rhydlafar, Lansdowne & Elizabeth. Full and part time hours considered successful candidates will work a combination of day and night shifts.

Main duties of the job
As a staff nurse your main duties will be:

- To advocate on behalf of patients to ensure the patient's voice is heard
