To provide a comprehensive, efficient, and effective operational Human Resources service and professional HR advice to all staff groups. This includes advising on complex employee relations issues ensuring a positive internal and external reputation for the Trust.

To develop effective and credible working relationships with the Divisions and across the Trust to positively influence patient and staff experience.

This is a hybrid role working remotely and on -site to meet service needs. You will work with a high level of autonomy and as part of a small team of employee relations advisors and HR Business Partners providing HR advice to managers across the Trust .

Flexible working options are available, including full, part time, and job share roles. Part time roles require a minimum of 3 days a week.

This job works within our busy human resources function called Organisational Development & People.
