We have an exciting opportunity for 2 Clinical Skills Trainers to deliver and support the development of programmes of training in restrictive intervention and Resus.
The postholder will be delivering training to TEWV staff and will be expected to promote the safe and effective restrictive intervention training and Resus training, across Trust services. The postholder will also be expected to provide specialist advice, clinical guidance and support regarding restrictive interventions and resus, to the service areas.
The Clinical Skills team within TEWV deliver restrictive interventions training in line with the RRN standards, Resus training in line with the Resus Council and Moving & Handling.

To promote at all times a positive image of people with mental health conditions and learning disabilities.
To promote at all times a positive image of the People and Culture Department and the wider Trust.

- National Vocational Qualification Level 3 or equivalent competency based accredited training in health and social care within the fields of mental health and/or learning disability.
- Experience and insight into clinical risk assessment and management

- Educational development within a health or social care related subject

- Can demonstrate significant experience of clinical practice within secondary care mental health or learning disability services
