We are looking for a candidate to join our Clinical Engineering Training Team. The training coordinator will be responsible for delivering, facilitating, and supporting the training and competency of all clinical staff groups who use medical devices in the Trust.
This post holder will be based in Watford General Hospital and will be required to make occasional travel to St Albans/Hemel
Main duties of the job
The post holder will work to meet the technical, operational and administrative challenges posed by varied nature of our customer requests in particular delivering, facilitating and supporting the training and competency of all clinical staff groups who use medical devices.
Provide support for transferring training records from paper base to digital base.

Utilise the audits to identify training needs.
Plan training with wards and departments using the audit results and assist with the implementation of training programmes to meet these needs.
