We are currently looking for an innovative, enthusiastic and motivated individual who can maintain and develop their research-based practice within a busy clinical environment. You will become a member of a flexible, friendly and well supported team, strongly committed to professional development in a progressive environment.
Main duties of the job
A quality preceptorship package is provided from our clinical teams with the support our Clinical Educators.
The Surgical Admissions Unit is responsible for caring for patients requiring elective surgery pre and post operatively including day cases and overnight admissions. The unit accepts patients from 14 specialities within the trust and also accommodates emergency admissions and iron infusions.
The successful candidate will be supported and trained using a competency based package to enable a rotational programme within the Surgical Admissions Units and Redcar Hospital.
The successful candidates will be required to work a rotational shift pattern including late's up to 22.00.
