Band 5 Patient Lounge Nurse

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a qualified and experienced nurse to join our Integrated Discharge Team. We are seeking a highly committed and motivated individual who will ensure that a holistic-focused care is provided to all patients who are discharged from the Patient Lounge.

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated individual with previous ward experience, with excellent communication skills and with an innovative and flexible approach.

Main duties of the job

This post will support the patient lounge during the winter pressures (December 2023 to March 2024). This role will help enable more discharges via the Patient Lounge on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, which will generate a positive hospital patient flow as its overall effect
