To manage and develop the Children's Service Team (5-19) and to contribute to the development of services to deliver the commissioned service specification.
To be part of the multi-disciplinary team including the wider local children's workforce, working within a public health framework to meet the prioritised health needs of children and families.
To have responsibility for delivery of the key performance indicators for a community of school aged children within an identified specific action plan.To undertake responsibility as 'named nurse' for a Multi- Agency Team area and inclusive schools within a specified locality.

Line management of the childrens services team (5-19) within a defined area in order to assist in the leadership, management and co-ordination of the delivery of the Healthy Child Programme and commissioned service specification.
