- The Lead Care Coach will provide clear, consistent and accurate advice, under for Nursing assistants, ward managers, Matrons and Clinical staff about the Nursing assistant's role and its development.
- The post holder will use high level communication skills, written and verbal and a have an ability to engage with partnership colleagues and support in the management and development of the team.
