  • The Lead Care Coach will provide clear, consistent and accurate advice, under for Nursing assistants, ward managers, Matrons and Clinical staff about the Nursing assistant's role and its development.
  • The post holder will use high level communication skills, written and verbal and a have an ability to engage with partnership colleagues and support in the management and development of the team.

  • NMC registered nurse
  • Mentorship and Teaching qualification
  • Leadership Qualification

  • Masters Degree in Education

Experience

  • Clinical Expertise /3 years experience as a Band 6 in a clinical area
  • Recent clinical experience
