Therefore, we are looking to appoint a People Advisor who will be instrumental in supporting the development of this culture.
Main duties of the job
This role offers a great opportunity for an engaging, solution orientated individual to play a vital role in delivering our People advisory service. Seeking guidance and support where appropriate from your people colleagues.
To provide a professional, effective, flexible and business focused people advisory service to managers by way of telephone, email and face to face advice throughout the Trust.
You will have had some exposure to providing advice and support to leaders and staff on a wide range of HR operational issues, with sound up-to-date employment law knowledge.
The role is responsible for governance checks including, reporting and analysing and to ensure people are compliant. Therefore, you will need to be comfortable interpreting and working with data, to develop understanding and insight, and to inform solutions.
You will be a creative team player within our People Team, demonstrating our Trust values and behaviours.
