An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic Advanced Paediatric nurse practitioner to join Mid Cheshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust for a fixed term period of 10 months to cover maternity leave. The successful candidate will join a team of 3 Advanced Paediatric Nurse Practitioners and 3 Advanced Neonatal nurse practitioners.
This post is a fixed term post for 10 months
Main duties of the job
The successful applicant will work in the paediatric department and will participate in the on-call rota working 1:6 weekend day shifts. There are no night shifts.

- Primarily based on the child and adolescent unit supporting both the inpatient and assessment units.
- The is the opportunity to support ANP lead unsettled baby and Prolonged Jaundice clinics in the community depending on experience.
- You will have the ability to work autonomously as part of the team, while demonstrating initiative and strong organisational and communication skills
- This role would be suitable for either a newly qualified or experienced Advanced Nurse practitioner and would be adapted accordingly to fit with level of prior experience.
