An exciting opportunity has arisen for a band 5 Operational Service Manager to join the Specialised Medicine team, Gastro, Respiratory and Infectious Disease
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Operational Services Manager. The Operational Service Manager will play a crucial role within the Directorate, working closely with the Directorate Manager, Clinical Director and Matrons to ensure efficient and effective operational management.
Main duties of the job
This post offers an excellent opportunity for development, gaining exposure to a wide range of operational issues within the directorate. Current focus includes theatre utilisation, management of waiting lists and achievement of all local and national cancer and RTT targets.
We are looking for someone who has a proven track record within a management role that is able to demonstrate excellent inter-personal and communication skills, with the ability to forge and maintain relationships. About us
Based across two sites, Royal Stoke in Stoke-on-Trent and County Hospital in Stafford, we are proud to serve around three million people and we're highly regarded for our facilities, teaching and research. We are the specialist centre for major trauma for the North Midlands and North Wales.
