Harvest View is an integrated community Re-ablement Centre working alongside Sandwell Council. Nursing floor at Harvest View is currently situated on the 1st Floor and the nursing team work alongside Sandwell council team in an intergrated approach to a patients reablement journey.
Community experience is preferable but not essential as all training will be provided by Harvest View teamMain duties of the job

Management / Supervision / Coordination skillsEssential
- Registered General / Adult Nurse.
- Good standard of general education
- Work under the direction of the Team Leader, work is managed rather than supervised.
- Evidence of good written skills
- Evidence of excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skill
