East Cheshire NHS Trust are looking for an enthusiastic and caring Band 6 Radiographer with MRI experience to join our Radiology Team at Macclesfield District General Hospital.
We are a fully digital department, with 3 Digital General rooms, 2 GE Evolution CT scanners and a 1.5T Siemens Magnetom Aera, alongside a new 1.5 T Siemens Magnetom Altea . We are also in the process of undertaking further service / equipment upgrades, in the form of a Community Diagnostic Centre for plain film and US.
37.5 Hours per week
Main duties of the job
The successful candidates will join our team of Radiographers covering MR, cross-sectional imaging and general imaging. A minimum of 2 years experience as a HCPC Registered Radiographer and enhanced MR experience is desired to apply for this post.
The successful applicants will be expected to participate in a full shift system including on-call.
Based in the foothills of the picturesque Peak District, with excellent transport links to the major cities of Manchester and Stoke-on-Trent, Macclesfield has something for everybody.
