This is an exciting time to be working in Children's Early Intervention, Prevention and Promotion Services (EIPPS) as we expand our pathways and services across North Wales.
We require an enthusiastic, dedicated, knowledgeable and experienced leader who could join us as a Clinical Service Manager to help shape, transform and lead EIPPS across Central Integrated Health Community. The post holder will work closely with other Children's Clinical Service Managers and partner agencies to ensure early and prevention mental health interventions are delivered to and accessible for all children.

Main duties of the job
The post holder will have responsibility for Early Intervention, Prevention and Promotion Services (EIPPS) within CAMHS services across Central Integrated Health Community (IHC). The Clinical Service Manager is a key member of the senior management team in Childrens Services. They derive their authority and responsibility directly from the Associate Director and Head of Nursing.
The post holder contributes to the overall delivery of services through effectively managing the budgets and the allocation of resources for the service. Particular emphasis will be placed on the management of performance, quality and resource utilization, with a view to securing the delivery of consistently high quality and safe clinical services within available resources.
The role promotes positive and constructive relationships between partner agencies across the primary, community and secondary care interface. The post holder will undertake service reviews and redesign in conjunction with partners and other members of the management team to secure developments in line with service modernisation and local and national priorities. e.g Healthy Child Wales Programme, School Nurse Framework. The Clinical Service Manager is a key driver in developing and promotion and leading innovation and change within their sphere of responsibility through better access to advice and information and co-ordinated community support by promoting prevention and early intervention.
