Secondment opportunity for 14 months
An opportunity has arisen for an exciting secondment opportunity as Deputy Undergraduate Manager. The post holder will deputise on behalf of the Undergraduate Medical Education Manager and be involved in all aspects of medical education projects. They will provide PA support to, and work with the Director of Undergraduate Medical Education and assist in the planning and preparation of the undergraduate teaching programme to Newcastle Medical School students within the Trust.
Main duties of the job
The post holder will supervise the current administration team and should have experience of administering multiple programmes of education within an NHS Organisation. The post holder should be able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines whilst delivering high quality work.
The post holder must possess excellent communication skills and be able to work using their own initiative.
