An exciting opportunity for a newly commissioned role has emerged with the Cheshire Intensive Support Function (ISF). As an ISF professional, you will be working with Children and Young People aged 5-18, with a diagnosis of Autism/LD, whose complex behavioural needs challenge their support system to the extent that there is a risk of placement breakdown/hospital admission.

Main duties of the job

You will be able to contribute to the transdisciplinary input provided by the ISF, by conducting specialist communication assessments and developing appropriate interventions, while promoting a person- centred, holistic approach.

This is a highly rewarding role that will enable the post holder to make a difference in the lives of vulnerable Children and Young People in Cheshire.
