Are you an experienced Children's Nurse looking to develop your career in a fast-paced, challenging, yet rewarding environment?
In order to enable us to maintain our commitment to high quality patient focused care, we are seeking to recruit an experienced Staff Nurse who will work within our amazing team in the Children's Assessment Unit/Emergency Department at Colchester Hospital

Main duties of the job
You will work as an integral member of the nursing team within Children's Services providing a high standard of child and family centred care.
You willbe an advocate for children and their families, promoting child focus, family-centred care and provide effective liaison with the multi-disciplinary team and other professional colleagues and agencies involved within the child's care
You will act as a role model in the delivery of patient care, support and teach staff contributing to the development of the service.
