You will lead the Division of Clinical Specialties, with a portfolio of over �87 million, over 1400 WTE and services provided across 3 sites. The Division includes Theatres, Anaesthetics and Critical Care, our dynamic Pharmacy and Therapies teams, our central Outpatient services and a wide range of diagnostic modalities. Main duties of the job

Foster a culture of high performance and continuous improvement throughout the Division with the underpinning systems and processes to ensure high quality, consistent
Provide overall leadership to service delivery across the Division and contribute to the developing wider strategic agenda at Place and South Yorkshire and Bassetlaw level, fostering effective partnerships and relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Ensure that learning is shared across the organisation, locally and nationally to celebrate success and learn from where things haven't worked.
Motivate and develop the Divisional leadership teams.

- Proven experience of managing a significant service budget
- Good understanding of the health and social care strategic and policy landscape
- Proven track record of successful and sustained management of large staff groups and services in an NHS Foundation Trust or other large complex organisation
