This is a fixed term/secondment vacancy until 01/10/2025. (Term-time only). School Nurses are central to a range of services that promote the public health agenda and support the physical, emotional and social health of children and young people aged between 5 to 18 years. The successful candidate will need excellent communication skills, be able to demonstrate their ability to work as an autonomous practitioner and also within a team environment in line with the NMC code of professional conduct. The vacancy will be based in Ceredigion - exact base to be confirmed.

  • Awareness of WG's Framework for School Nursing
