The post will carry overall continuing responsibility for the management and leadership of Ceredigion Crisis Resolution and Home Treatment team including administration and the overall co-ordination, assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of programmes of care and the setting and auditing of standards of care.
The overall responsibility for workload management and reviews. Responsible for providing a quality patient service which allows for an environment that demonstrates good learning experiences for staff and basic/post basic students.
In addition to this is the close working with the CMHT and all services involved in providing care within community and inpatient settings.
Main duties of the job

- Have a recognised postgraduate management qualification and or a specialist qualification related to working with individuals with Serious enduring mental illness or equivalent experience
