We are looking for a full-time (37.5hrs per week) Clinical Pathway Manager to join our Emergency Department & AAU team.

The role will be to lead a team of Hot Floor (Emergency Department & AAU) administrators within the Medicine and Urgent Care Division. Be responsible for the smooth running of the administrative processes as part of the patient journey from arrival to discharge or admittance from Trust care. The successful candidate will lead on all elements relating to administrative processes across the floor including data quality & downtime & IT. They will also support on work relating to specialised patient cohorts in ED such as Mental Health, 111 referrals and liaising with the police. It is an exciting time at Barnet as we look to ramp up our virtual ward offering and there will be a key requirement in this role to support administratively with this and improve patient pathways being a key stakeholder in Hot Floor Qi projects relating to this.
