The successful candidates will be required to function as a member of the multi-disciplinary team, to assess individual patient's care needs and escalate concerns to the correct member of the team. Working as a lone worker responsible for carrying out the delegation of tasks, assessments and evaluations, and escalating concerns as appropriate.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.About us
