We are looking for a full-time (37.5hrs per week) Clinical Pathway Manager to join our Emergency Department & AAU team.

The job will require the candidate to lead a dynamic team of Hot Floor (Emergency Department & AAU) patient navigators within the Medicine and Urgent Care Division. Be responsible for the smooth running of the patient journey from arrival to discharge or admittance from Trust care, by ensuring coordinated, streamlined and timely care for our patients and their individual needs. The successful candidate will lead on flow and performance, both operationally and in reporting, across the floor including working with clinical teams to improve patient pathways and be a key stakeholder in Hot Floor Qi projects.
