The post holder's primary focus and delivery will be leading Black Country Healthcare's response to NHS England's Mental Health, Learning Disability and autism inpatient quality transformation programme. This will require in-depth understanding of the current regulatory environment within MH and LD services and also to ensure broader system working in the delivery of the programme. The post holder will also be required to significantly focus on the ongoing delivery of least restrictive practice across the whole organisation.

Essential

  • Experience on Delivering Least Restrictive Practice Programmes
  • Significant Experience of Health Care Regulation and Patient Safety Assessment
  • Demonstration of providing structured improvement based on service quality assessment within MH and LD


Desirable

  • Experience of working for a Healthcare Regulator (HSE, CQC etc.)
