The Medical Directorate has a fantastic opportunity for a proactive, enthusiastic and forward thinking leader to join our nursing team in Ysbyty Glan Clwyd, Ward 6 as a Band 7 Ward Manager.
Main duties of the job
An opportunity has arisen for an experienced senior nurse to join and lead the team on Ward 6, YGCWard 6 is a 24-bedded Respiratory ward , within the ward is an acute high dependency Non Invasive Ventilation 'NIV' unit which is a nurse-led service.
We invite applications from nurses with a variety of experience, and this could be an excellent opportunity to progress your career. The job is challenging and rewarding in equal measure, and you will require resilience, determination and the ability to seek new and improved ways of working.
