The Division of Medicine has 2 exciting opportunities for driven, organised and compassionate individuals to join us as Specialty Managers in the following specialties:
Gastroenterology and Hepatology (permanent contract) Respiratory Medicine (fixed term contract until July 2025)
Main duties of the job
Alongside the Clinical Lead and Matron, you will be an essential member of the specialty leadership triumvirate.
You will be responsible for all aspects of day-to-day operational service delivery, with a focus on achieving performance and quality standards, continuous service improvement, and leading on the development and delivery of specialty business plans.
